There are many miles of rough tracks suitable for all terrain cycling around the flanks of Mont Coronat and the Madras.
Naturalists will find an abundance of species to study at Nohèdes.
It was this very richness and variety of flora and fauna which led
to the area being designated a Nature Reserve.
Nohèdes benefits from a noted activity centre, the 'Maison de la Montagne' led by Bart Raymaekers and Inga Ertel who are qualified mountain guides and cavers. They can organise and guide such caving, canyoning, climbing and winter trekking activities as you may wish to enjoy. By reservation at 04 68 05 31 23 or la.decouverte@free.fr
Trout fishing is very popular in the rivers of the Nohèdes Valley offering the possibility of some notable catches. For those that are prepared to walk a little distance the high lakes of the valley offer an exceptional fishing experience.
Finally a small exhibition centre at the Nature Reserve building offers view of traditional rural life and other information
during the summer months.
